Buying a house was, for me, like getting on a well-designed roller-coaster. One meant to maximize excitement and terror, carefully engineered so everything save a sparse few feet of upcoming track is obscured from the rider's view. I knew where it started (renting), and I knew where it ended (owning), but had no idea what would happen between boarding and disembarking. Luckily, Jeff got into the seat next to me. Or maybe he's the ride operator in this metaphor. I don't know, I didn't really think this through when I started typing it, but if Jeff was writing this review: he would have, and the analogy would be way smarter. He's affable, straightforward, incredibly knowledgeable, clever, diligent, patient, and genuinely has your best interest in mind. I guess the house-buying thrill ride...
