You can read guides, view sales history and use the contact and property-search links without accepting analytics. This website does not provide a client account. Calling or emailing opens your phone or email application; the information you choose to send is used to respond to your inquiry.
The hosting service receives technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address and requested resource. Interactive maps request map tiles from OpenStreetMap servers, which receive the technical information needed to display those tiles. These services operate independently of optional Google Analytics.
Optional Google Analytics
If you select Accept, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and actions on this website. We record the page viewed and clicks on phone, email, property-search and home-valuation links, along with the community guide from which an action originated. A click is a contact or search action, not proof of a completed inquiry, registration or sale.
We send the page’s public canonical address without URL query strings or fragments. We do not send message contents, form answers, clicked email addresses, phone numbers, account details or a visitor’s name. After acceptance, we recognize a limited set of AI sources: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and Claude. We check the referring hostname or an exact recognized utm_source value, then record only a fixed source label. We never send the original referrer, search prompt or campaign value. Unknown sources are labeled unattributed; ordinary Google or Bing referrals are not assumed to be AI visits. The label may be remembered in session storage for navigation in this browser tab and is cleared when you decline. Source labels are estimates, not proof that an AI recommended Jeff. Google still receives technical browser and network information when its analytics service loads.
Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration. Automatic form, site-search and outbound-link measurement are disabled for this stream. Analytics cookies may recognize repeat visits; this site sets a six-month cookie lifetime without extending it on each visit. Google’s Privacy Policy explains its handling of information.
Accept, decline or change your mind
Google Analytics is not loaded before you accept. Declining keeps it off. Your choice is stored in this browser’s local storage so you do not have to answer on every page. Clearing site storage, using another browser or using another device may require a new choice. Visitors who previously accepted the earlier analytics notice will be asked again for this expanded measurement; a previous decline remains respected.
Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. If you withdraw consent, we stop new analytics events, remove this site’s Google Analytics cookies and reload the page to unload the analytics library. Withdrawing consent does not delete information already sent to Google. If your browser blocks local storage, your choice may last only for the current page. Blocking JavaScript or analytics does not prevent the contact links from working.
Property searches and sign-in through Lofty
Live property search, saved homes, registration and valuation tools open Jeff’s separate website at jeffreysowell.lofty.me. Information entered there is handled by that website and Jeff’s Lofty CRM under the notices shown there. Your analytics choice on Heart & Sowell Homes does not set the privacy preferences on Lofty.
We currently measure only accepted visitors’ clicks leaving this site for the search or valuation tool. We do not combine browsing sessions across the two websites or claim to measure a completed Lofty registration here. Jeff’s separate custom CRM is not connected to this website in this phase.
